I've wondered what's the reason by hiding all non-disabled dialogs in Enviroment settings?
When e.g. I install a fresh install of C::B I usually disable the dialogs that annoy me the most, but now, I have to find all the actions that show the confirm dialog and then select "Don't annoy me again." If the list would show all dialogs I could easily pick all I want to disabled/enabled.

Point taken.
