Title: codeblocks'menu disapeaed even reinstall , how fix it

after installing ,   I  edit some  params  from menu of "setting"
 and when i restart codeblocks , the menu is missing even if I reinstall codeblocks..   
 so my question are :
1  how to fix this problem?
2  where is the config file of "setting" ?

my operation system is ubuntu 16.

thanks your rely.
the screenshot is in attachment.
the menu is missiong. even if reinstall.  I remember the last operation is change same params in menu "setting" . so I think  those params is store  somewhere in computer. but  uninstall can't remove those setting params , it lead to reinstall is invalide.

Have you tried to put you mouse over the top bar?
And I don't think C::B has any control on the menu, for sure we have no options to show/hide it, it is something in ubuntu's unity.
