I have installed Code::Blockes with all packages. I add .chm file in help plugin and marked shortcut F1.
But when I am pressing F1 nothing is happened. Only in terminal write "Help File is /home/hakob/Downloads/manpages.chm".
I am working on Ubuntu 14.04.

I think you have to highlight a word and then press F1.
I have NOT used the help plugin for a long time; I might be wrong.

Thanks for reply stahta01.
I have tried all possible versions. There is another problem.

When you open help menu inside cb, do you see F1 assigned to the menu item you are trying to activate? There is a general problem (it seems it won't ever get fixed) on Windows that the shortcuts assigned to help menu items get lost as soon as one assigns them in shortcut manager. Maybe linux is affected too.

Thanks for answer scarphin.
Yes, I see it. When I am setting .txt help file and pressing F1, it works, gedit opens.
But when I am setting .chm file, it's not works.
Maybe I can change version of Ubuntu or code::Blockes to solve this problem?
Thanks

Do you have a viewer for chm-files (normally windows help files), that automatically kicks in when you open a file of this type ?
Otherwise it will not work this way (on Linux).
