Title: Failed to create temporary file (error 2: missing file or folder)
Post by: Taldor on January 17, 2006, 06:05:30 pm
I just updated Code::Blocks to SVN-version 1785 under Gentoo.

When I launch Code::Blocks, I get thi message:
Failed to create temporary file (error 2: missing file or folder)

Together with:
"Something has gone wrong inside Code::Bocks ..."

How can I find out whitch file or folder is missing?

On a fatal exception, you should get a debug report which will either be in the temp folder, or in the home folder. This should have a more detailled description.

'$ cat /tmp/Code\:\:Blocks-t' just gives '30029'.
