Hi, this is my first post! I am new to programming and i would like to understand what the perspectives do (i see no differences between code blocks default and debugger perspective). Also what does the message "the perspective blah blah has changed..." mean?

See http://www.codeblocks.org/docs/main_codeblocks_en3.html (http://www.codeblocks.org/docs/main_codeblocks_en3.html)
...search for "1.11.4 Switching between perspectives"

Thanks for the link but i have already seen that and it didn't help me much!
I'm just trying to run a simple program and whenever i hit the X button to close code blocks that message pops up while i haven't changed the perspective.

Just click OK - it can be that you've moved sliders or the toolbar items have been re.initialised or moved. This is not an error - you can safely ignore this message.

Thank you!!! :) Um... Can you tell me what are sliders? I'm not a native English speaker and google comes up with some type of food for the word slider!
