Title: GCC 3.4.5 and GDB 6.3-2

For those who haven't noticed yet, MinGW has released GCC 3.4.5 Candidate and in the Files section of MinGW's project page @ SourceForge there's GDB 6.3-2 which works in both Windows 9x and NT/2k/XP/2k3.
