Title: Installing c::b 13.12 on Ubuntu 12.04 64 bits

I am trying to install c::b using the install directions from http://apt.jenslody.de/ but cannot seem to get things working.  I get an error message indicating the following:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 codeblocks : Depends: libfontconfig1 (>= 2.9.0) but 2.8.0-3ubuntu9.1 is to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I've gone through a few attempt to resolve the issue but cannot seem to get libfontconfig1 to update.  When I tried, is indicated something along the line of libfontconfig1 is already up to date.  

Please advise
