Title: fresh install : doxyblock plugin steals "matching brace" shortcut

the default : shift-ctrl-B is no longer going to the matching brace, but inserts doxygen comments. Think we should adjust doxyblocks, since it is stealing a default shortcut of the core.

Haven't this been fixed long ago? Is this another shortcut collision in doxyblock?
