Title: Code completion plugin hangs C::B app

This bug also was discovered in similar way as the compiler plugin bug. During automated testing we are opening lot of project with minimal delay between project closing and opening. I found in debugger backtrace that happened somewhere the parser thread waits to finish. Could not fix the bug while have no time to learn code around this plugin. If happens again I will post the backtrace dump here.

The backtrace might not be enough, you'll have to post a workspace/project that reproduces it.
Probably you can try the cb-contrib.workspace which has lost of projects and some targets in it.
