Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust the item colors in the Management view, specifically for the Headers and Others folders? The default is black for Sources but the Headers and others are grey color.

Yes, install a night build.
Then Settings -> Env settings -> Colours -> Project tree : Non compiled files

My apologies, I should have been more clear. Is there a nightly build for Linux that has "Settings -> Env settings -> Colours -> Project tree : Non compiled files"?
-
It depends on the particular linux distro you're using :)

I'm currently using Fedora 19.
I browser through the Nightly Build Forum, but maybe I was looking in the wrong place. Is there somewhere else I should be looking or should I simply look more thoroughly.

I must be missing something here. According to the information (near the top) of that thread the only platform available is Windows (link to 7z file).
