Title: cbeditor.h patch

Hi I have a patch for cbeditor.h it does away with the macro and replaces it with a const wxString. I posted a patch at SF.net too. :)

That method doesn't work. Take a look at appglobals.h for how it's done.

Edit: In this particular case, what you did works, but only due to a glitch.

I was going to say post patches at SF if you want them to get committed, but I see you already have.  8)
