Title: Can't type {

For some wierd reason since I installed code blocks a few weeks back I can't type {.
I have been coping the sign into code blocks from notepad.
Did anyone else have this problem? I am using win 7, tell me what you need to know to help me fix this.

If not using a foreign language keyboard, I would try turning off the "Keyboard Shortcuts" plugin and see if it fixes itself.

If using a  foreign language keyboard, I think there was another thing to try along with disabling the "Keyboard Shortcuts" plugin.
