I'm new to Linux world but seems to like it very much. I'm happy also because there's an alternative of DevCpp which is code:block and it's very awesome and just works properly. But I have a problem regarding updating to the latest version which is v12.11. I installed code:block using Ubuntu software center and I got v10. So can someone help me on updating to the latest stable version? I really need your help guys and teach to how to do it. Thanks.

I am a SUPER beginner on this matter and I don't know how to add a PPA. Although I've tried once before with the Komodo edit which includes a written instruction and I just did it. So sir can you show me or give an instructions on how to add this PAA? :https://launchpad.net/~pasgui/+archive/ppa/
