Can You guys help me to add a PortAudio library to CodeBlocks, pls? Im using Windows 7 Ultimate x64. Thanks.

If you tell me how one can "port" to an IDE? I only now porting to a platform. for an IDE its as simple as setting up the right compilation parameters which you obtain from the PulseAudio docs. There is no "porting" at all. ???
