hi i have dowload the codeblocks-10.05mingw-setup.exe file for windows . i run it to install codeblock on windows 7 64bit but its not running and showing following msg:
The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.
Please help me to install on windows 7 64 bit.

Well, searching the forums would have revealed what you need to do. Instead you wasted your time with asking and waiting for an answer.
It is as simple as to use a nightly version of C::B or update the underlying compiler. At the time 10/05 came out there was no stable (enough) Win7 compatible compiler.
