Title: ellipse on the side bar of the editor window
Post by: frithjofh on May 03, 2012, 05:43:47 pm
hi everybody,

I just stumbled across something I can't get any usefulness out of. When using the combination ctrl + i while in the editor, the incremental search toolbar pops up. When I close the toolbar, three points (an ellipse) appear on the side bar of the editor. Using ctrl + i another time pops up the toolbar again and after dismissing it the three dots disappear.

My question is: what are those three dots, and what are they used for, or what do they indicate?

regards

ok, I found it.

The browser tracker plugin was somehow activated, strange, because I never use it and never have. It uses the same key combination as the thread search toolbar ...

Just deactivated it and the points are gone. Just out of curiosity: is somebody using the browser tracker plugin on a daily or even regular basis? It seem a little awkward to me ...
