Hi,
I followed this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3yhkX0uaQGk (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3yhkX0uaQGk) tutorial to learn about ffmpeg. I have tried several times but when it's time to compile I get the same error

Nothing to be done
Has anyone else had this problem?
