Title: Files corrupt when moving from Vista to Win7
Post by: bear on October 16, 2010, 05:52:12 pm
HI,

I can view, edit and compile code, with Codeblocks installed on a Vista system

when i save a project and move to a WIN7 system the files are broken.

i have tried moving files in various ways IG: DropBox, USB, email etc

i can't see how both installs and or setting are different!

i also get another error regarding 'ToolChain! on Win7

(running Win7 on VMware, on a Macbook)

any suggestions would be great
thank you :-)

>>> files are broken

"broken", what do you mean ? Sources are corrupted ? Binaries don't run ?

As aid here:
And it's definitely not a C::B problem, but a OS ir configuration issue, so your question violates our forum rules.
