Title: Some error Message for CB(6608)in windows XP

when I create DirectX project,It always tips code::Blocks does not know the global compiler variable "psdk"
 howerer,I can't delete the default variable "psdk".
I don't know what's "psdk"? Is "platform sdk?" how to set the Environment variable in widows?
and another error is lib error
LNK1104: can't open “LIBCMT.lib”|

I think the APP Wizard is too much errors, how can I change the APP Wizard?
