And I'm asking to follow the rules and to give us enough information about your working environment, so we can try to help you.
With the information you've given I can't help you, probably no one can.
What have I said wrong that offended you?
p.s. the quality of the answer depends on the quality of the question...

It seems you did not read (or understand) the link oBFusCATed posted before.
... and the fact that you are on windows tells us nothing about the version you use, neither did you write anything about the version of C::B you use.
So nobody will be able to give you any help.

codeblocks-8.02mingw
its the first time it gave me the error before it would actually start up now it just crashes
im running on windows vista
-
Did you install a newer MinGW with a newer mingw10m.dll in your systempath that interferes with C::B's mingw10m.dll ?
Or did you install anything else before the crash ?
One thing you can try is to delete C::B's default.conf in %APPDATA%\codeblocks (or better rename the folder so you can recreate your conf if it is not the cause). C::B will create a configuration from scratch at next start (if it starts).
You can also uninstall C::B 8.02 and install the new 10.05 release (http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads/26 (http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads/26))

the mingw i use is from tdm
ok so i downloaded the new release and i get this error
