Title: Can't run Code Blocks

Everytime I run CodeBlocks I get a message saying.

Microsoft C++ Visual Runtime Error

The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in a unsual way. Please contact the application's support team
for more information.

Running Windows Vista Home Basic
SP2
