I'd like to translate the Code::Blocks's interface to Russian. Where is localization discussed?

search the forum, I can find many topics.

There's an entry in launchpad (https://launchpad.net/codeblocks), too... although I'm not sure if anyone uses it :)

Thanks! Now I have the starting point! And who is maintaining translations? To whom should I send russian *.pot files?

Well, everything seems to be translated to russian in launchpad, but there is no translated *.po files in the main branch of Code::Blocks. And no spanish, chinese and so on translated *.po files.
It looks like there are some serious problems with the Code::Blocks project itself - it seems to be badly maintained.
