Title: How to compile *.cpp from command line?

If I have Code::Blocks installed and I want to compile *.cpp from command line then how can I do it?
I tried:
gcc.exe "c:\path\to\file.cpp"
and then I got error, but when  I click on compile button, then I dont have that error.
