Title: labels position in management panel

hi,
     I found the labels in the management panel were placed on the top .This can cause  a little trouble.if the labels are more than three.I had to click the left arrow when I want to switch one label from another label.So I think it will be better to put the labels on the left margin of management panel. because the left margin is bigger than the top.And if the management panel can auto-hide,it will  save the space on the screen.thanks.
