Title: Can you compile on a non-internet pc?
Post by: Chucky on February 07, 2009, 03:41:28 pm
Hey, I downloaded Code::Blocks a few months ago and when I install it(The MingW) version on my non-internet pc, I can't compile.
I can however compile on my pc with internet. Please help, being able to program on my other pc is vital!

Do I understand right, that you can not compile on a computer without network (internet) connection ?

Neither C::B, nor MinGW need an active network-connection to run.

That means you have a problem with your setup, but that problem is not network related.

Hello, yes you understood perfectly. ;) Coincidentally, I re-configured the setup and it works now!
My thanks to the CB team for creating such a good, free IDE.

Mods may lock this thread, if they want to, as my problem is solved. ;)

Thanks for the reply, jens. ;)
