Title: Freeware utility equavalent to quicken

I tried looking online and cannot find a free ware program that will compensate for what quicken does on windows.

If this project doesn't exist... I would like to try and create a group of programmers to make one. This is probably a long shot but I think GNU programs are going to lead in the future

I myself am waiting till a windows download of GTK+ is on this URL http://www.gtk.org/download/

People definitively thinks that the General forum is meant for General Programming forum.

Yes, and most people seems to ignore it (or not understand what 'general programming' means) :P
