Title: wxSmith and large size of controls palettе images

Controls set doesn't fit at bottom of window after I chose palette icon size as 32

Argh, wxWidgets changes the behavior each release :x. On one version it works as it should, on the other one it doesn't. I'll look into this but not before Monday. Maybe there will be some universal solution :)
