Title: How to porting projects for other IDEs to Codeblocks?

I want to use Codeblocks for projects which were created in other IDEs. I downloaded a source code and I don't know what next step should be. What shall I read before?

This is probably a cmake project?
You can export codeblocks projects from cmake
