Title: Can somebody please help me

Ok so i downloaded Code::Blocks and evrything was setted normal i didn't change ANYTHING and when i try to build and run i gives me an error

c:\mingw\include\sys\types.h|174|fatal error: stddef.h: No such file or directory|
