Shouldn't this be folded in with the "Console application", next to C/C++ languages ?
(can add D language to other projects later, such as SDL/GLUT/GLFW/wxWidgets etc)
BTW:
Also doing a "D module file" wizard, to match the C source and C header file wizards.
