Title: Start Here page patch

Hi I have a patch for the start here page. If you have noticed when you clear the recently opened projects, and the start here page is showing it does not get updated. This patch fixes it. It isn't too elegant though..... I basically clear the html win content the reload the file from disk. There might be another way....
