- CC: Fixed annoying bug that the compiler calls fail due to missing dependencies (DLLs) and crashes.
- UI: Add support for bitmap buttons to the cbArtProvider
- UI: Adjust borders for the Find/Replace dialog
- UI: Make the icon in scope "Code Refactoring" dialog to be HiDPI aware
- UI: Make the icons for the buttons in IncrementSearch to be HiDPI aware
- UI: Fix browse buttons in Project -> Properties to look good on HiDPI monitors

Help -> Codeblocks ==> can't find the chm file.

OS X version of this rev can be downloaded from my Google Drive (https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2rFQ8rNHzEeN0xtU3R6emdhUWs).
Debian Stretch (32 and 64 bits) can be installed from my repo (https://wxstuff.xaviou.fr/article/debian-repository.html).
As I didn't found any solution to this problem (http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php/topic,23371.msg159145.html#msg159145), there is still no Debian Buster version yet.
