Title: Release 13.12 has arrived

More stable, feature-rich and major compiler enhancement, the new Code::Blocks release has arrived. Get it from the downloads (http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads) section! A changelog (http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads/38) summarises new features and fixes.

...a Windows package with the TDM/GCC 4.8.1 compiler was added.

...SDK documentation for 13.12 was added (in CHM format).
