Title: Cannot edit wiki

When I try to edit the wiki and save, I get the follow dialog.

I've tried both Chrome and Edge.
What happend to the capcha?

I use Firefox, and here the algebraic captcha is shown at the top of the page with a small edit box.

Oh, I see. It wants me to enter the results of that algebraic expression, not wait for a graphic captcha.
