Title: Editing wiki pages ?

hello,
who can modify wiki pages ?
Because I found that pages are not updated.
example:
http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=Scripting_commands (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=Scripting_commands)
some new commands are not listed.
I wrote in 'discussion' changes updated in 2012
Can make a change or an amendment ?

Everyone can edit it. You can log in wiki by entering c::b forum ID and password.
