Title: just downloaded codeblocks.Compiler works but not the "Debug" file.

Says certain components are not downloaded. Now it sais "libwinthread-1.dll" is not downloaded.

note that there are two other URLs that you have to download and place in the folder along side of the codeblocks executable.
