I'm new and I wanted to know if you have a Newsletter or a Mailing List ?

No mailing list, but you can subscribe to several RSS feeds to keep you informed.

The reason is plain simple: We have limited resources, so all such nice features like mailing lists need supervision and maintenance which steels time for the most important: Development. Surely any volunteers could create one.
