Title: How to build qt4?

   I am a newer on open source,so I don't know how to use C::B to build qt4,I am using Ubuntu 9.10,could someone help me?

You can NOT BUILD qt4 using Code::Blocks.

But, you might want to read this thread about "QtWorkbench plugin"
