My idea was to return a error log in the ReplaceMacros function. So it could be outputed to the compiler log during compiling and in the codeblocks log when other. I mean if i compile something and then it does not work, it would be nice to see in the compiler log...

I am new here. I purchased a coding for beginners magazine and keep getting a fatal error: iostream: No such file or directory error. It looks like the file is a .c instead of a .cpp but when I try to save the file as a .cpp the only option is to save as C/C++ files. It looks as if the default is to save it as a .c instead of .cpp

I would try installing or re-installing GTK3.

Code
pacman -S mingw-w64-x86_64-gtk3

I know nothing about GTK and little about MSYS2.

Still, I do not see any GTK MSYS2 packaged installed. Should you not install something like (for GTK3) https://packages.msys2.org/package/mingw-w64-x86_64-gtk3?repo=mingw64

I'm not fully understand the code logic, but do you really need a map? When a key is added, it's  value is always "true".

I mean a std::set<cbEditor*> is better than std::map<cbEditor*,bool> ?

Thanks, I learned a long time ago that other eyes reviewing code can make it better.

Maybe I need to post this question in another forum topic? For example, in Using Code::Blocks? I really need to configure Code::Blocks to create GTK applications, and in this topic the answer is no.
