Title: Any plan to support refactoring?

The refactoring tool can make our life more beautiful, and more and more ide began to support it,  does code blocks have any plan to support refactoring?
Report a bug by the way, crashing when saving a large file(such as cimg.h http://cimg.sourceforge.net (http://cimg.sourceforge.net))
