Title: IDE don't jump :)
Post by: hd on December 21, 2004, 04:43:33 pm
Hi,

When compiling stops due to error(s)
Compiler/Compiler Messages  windows can't go to related
source line by clicking.

I think Compile/Errors/Previous error/Next errors menu items
should activate related error line and activate related source.

(Or maybe it does, I'm misusing it ?)

I can't double-click either, nor properly jump between the errors / warnings. In addition, I noticed that if there are only warnings produced, they are not shown at all in the "Compiler warnings" window. I am running WinXP, compiler MS VCToolkit 2003.

Title: No Compiler errors jump in Beta 5 ?
Post by: Anonymous on February 28, 2005, 07:31:28 pm
It seem's double-click are enabled in version 1.0 Beta4...
I have 2 choices:
* keep 1.0 Beta5 with compilo recognition and no double-click to find errors quickly
* keep 1.0 Beta4 and select VCToolkit (thx to microsoft !) by myself
 and have fast errors jumps...
Let's reinstall Beta4 !

PS:
I am sorry Yannis but C::B must NOT integrate a compiler !
EVERYBODY MUST VOTE NO ! Maybe, C::B could integrate a plugin to install automaticly (this is a english word ?) compilers.
