Resolved Fixed:

• Two little fixes to autotools to get "make dist" work correctly
• Keybinder v0.4.26 2006/09/23, minor #defines for WXMAC, stop OnProfileSelected() from saving blank keyProfile
• cleanup : plug-ins no longer need to include licenses.h

Regressions/Confirmed/Annoying/Common bugs:

• toolbar-images-not-changing-state (is a wx problem/Win XP problem)
• menu items with icon not correctly aligned (since wx263)

I have noticed now that on a certain development machine, after 03/09/2006 build, beginning from 04/09/2006 build, the splash image does not handle alpha transparency in the correct way. The splash image looks weird and does not blend smoothly with the backgronud.

Not a major issue, but would be nice to have it look as before 4/9
