In this revision I have removed the include of wx/wx.h from the sdk_common.h in the case of no pch use, it should not be there (in the near future I will post an article explaining why, probably this weekend).
Accordingly I had to adjust some sources. Normally everything should build fine, in case you have trouble building this revision, please let me know. Thanks.
