I have noticed several wikipages that are not linked to. The following five appear to be complete.
- Codeblocks with scons (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=Codeblocks_with_scons)
- Compiling wxWidgets 2.9.0 to develop Code::Blocks (MSW) (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=Compiling_wxWidgets_2.9.0_to_develop_Code::Blocks_%28MSW%29)
- Internationalization (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=Internationalization)
- Source hierarchy (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=Source_hierarchy)
- UnitTesting (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=UnitTesting)
These three are incomplete, but contain enough information that they should still be useful.
- Adding new widget to wxSmith (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=Adding_new_widget_to_wxSmith)
- Basic Tutorial (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=Basic_Tutorial)
- Custom compiler (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=Custom_compiler)
Of all the above pages, are there any which someone would prefer I left orphaned? Or is it OK for me to start adding links?

You mean add links to those orphaned pages in User documentation - CodeBlocks (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=User_documentation)?

Some of them I plan to add some to the User documentation (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=User_documentation), some to the Developer documentation (http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=Developer_documentation), and additional links in the text of various other pages; pretty much placing links wherever applicable.
