Install latest version or/and delete the perspective. (view -> perspective)

... or you might have accidently double-clicked an editor-tab and switched to minimal-perspective.
If that's the case switch back to default perspective by double-clicking it again or via "View-Perspectives"-menu.

I think, this feature has been added after the 10.05 release, but I might be wrong.

If I press the bar twice and accidentally hidden but try to give back double click and nothing and nothing reinstall codeblocks.
Nor is minimal, watch it yourself:

try deleting the code blocks, clean the registry and install again, neither it worked.
Any help?

Go to the "View"-menu (from menu-bar) and chose "Perspectives -> Delete current" if current perspective is the default one, or if not try to switch to the default perspective.
In 10.05 it might be named "Layout" instead of "Perspectives".
