Title: time stamp & can`t read files

Using code::blocks and running the compiler i get a message
Warning can`t read files timestop ; main cpp

Can`t create output directory bin/Debug\

how do i fix this problem?

Create the project in a folder where you have write access and check if your anti virus is blocking codeblocks or the compiler executable ...
