is someone know how to conect mophun and code blocks?

While Code::Blocks is cross-platform, I am afraid it will not run on your cell phone.  8)

If your question relates to developing a game to run on Mophun, you will need a suitable cross compiler for that. According to Mophun's site, Metrowerks is one of the companies offering such a compiler.

If you know something about the compiler's commandline options, it is no problem to use it with Code::Blocks, but be aware that Metrowerks comes with a fully fledged, specialised IDE. At least 10 years ago, when I last used Metrowerks, it had an IDE that was beyond any doubt better than any competitive product.
