CoodeBlocks removed libGL.so link

Hi,
I ran CB (on Ubuntu 8.10) from SVN trunk (updated yesterday) and after i stopped the app i debugged i could no long link it (ld couldnt find -lGL), i recreated the symbolic link and all was fine again.
Someone may wanna look into this.
