wxsmith problems on macintosh
« on: August 26, 2008, 12:58:18 am »

  I downloaded the p2 for mac and it comes up and runs.

  I created a frame and put a panel on the frame. I put a button on the panel and it is there, but it disappears.  The preview shows the button.  In windows version running under XP, it looks just fine on the panel.

   I need to know if the wxsmith issue is known, how I might fix it?

(off code::blocks topic)
  (and, the compile fails, but that is not  a code blocks issue (except it is the bundled p2))

  (off topic): Also, I need to know which Xcode I should have installed.  I have both 2.5 and 3.0 installed, could that confuse things?  I'm willing to run in a virtual machine if that would help.

The biggest problem with mac is that... I don't have any access to such machine. I'm preparing for big code change that will probably fix many issues including lack of mac support but that will take some time.
