[minor issues] CB interface FIXME & TODOs

Hi everyone, It's been quite a while since I've been here!

I'd like to bring up some minor annoyances I came up with while using C::B.

- Ctrl+F4 works on all windows (tabs) except wxSmith visual editor (Ctrl+W works)
- "Multiple matches" dialog needs a horizontal scrollbar - long class&function names make no difference at all.
- "Find declaraton" and similar functions are nowhere to find in keymapping menu. I'd really appreciate it if declarations were available using good old F12 :)
- there are also some issues with wxSmith but I don't really know if it's a right place for their discussion. And I need time to investigate and describe them anyway.

(I use Code::Blocks 8.02 win32 release on 32-bit WinNT 5.2)

in the nightlies there are shortcuts  for it (ctrl + . / shift + ctrl + .)
